Dr. Anne Lafontant, MD

This lady, because I can’t call her DOCTOR! The title doesn’t fit her, is the most rude, disrespectful, careless, on-responsible, and unprofessional medical provider I have ever seen in my life. And I’m 40 year old. She was taken care of my diabetic mother, my mother explain to her multiple times that her medication was not doing any good for her, and it was making her even more sick. She told my mother that she was lying and the her diabetes was a lie, my mom got so sick the her sugar when up to 600 and almost when into a coma, she end up in the hospital for a whole week in ICU. If you love yourself and any of your family members DO NOT put your and your love one life in this lady hands.

Horrible. Took 5 days to get a script filled. Called today for a uti and asked for a script. .office staff would not help. Transfer here and so far all my experience with this office staff is been horrible the doctor also did not seem to care about me personally can’t wait to move on to another doctor. I feel very unimportant they say the most important person is me but absolutely positively not

Does not return phone calls for existing patients that need prescription refills that have run out. Phone will be answered and immediately hung up on or, says I will call you back, but never does. It has been weeks of trying to get in touch with this office with no luck. Times are rough for everyone, and even more so without needed medications.

I really liked Dr. Lafontant. She was personable and listened to me and answered all my questions. I would most certainly recommend her.

Does not seem like an experienced doctor. No familiarity with common issues like asthma, menopause, etc.

I walked away from this doctor feeling like garbage. I felt so judged for my weight even though I eat healthy and exercise daily. I kept trying to explain, but she acted like she didn't believe me. I stick to an 1,800 calorie diet, 1 cup of coffee in the morning, and water the rest of the day. I enjoy fruits and vegetables, avoid carbs and refined sugars, but I continue to gain weight among other symptoms that I shared. He answer to everything was "You need to loose weight." I KNOW THAT!
