She is superb. Her compassion is extraordinary and it is equally matched by her knowledge base. I had given up on Kaiser and was just about to change insurance plans when my husband urged me to try one more doctor. I met with Dr. Cantwell and my life changed. She actually listened to me and responded so professionally and with such empathy that I was blown away. This was over 4 years ago and she has consistently been there for me and has helped me through various health issues.

Requested a call from my doctor to ask about my back pain and request medication. She called me and was very annoyed that I requested her to call me and dismissed my concern. Then she even asked why I asked the nurse to have her call me if I had already spoken to the advised nurse. As if I was wasting her time and needed to validate my horrible back pain. She later told me there was nothing she could do and it would go away in two weeks so deal with it. I'll definitely be switching doctors.
