The staff we welcoming and communicative. The Dr. themselves felt like she was thorough and didn't make me feel rushed.

I have been going to Dr. Ramsdell for about 10 years. My husband has psoriatic arthritis, and she is so knowledgeable about it, the rheumatologist is thrilled. She has treated me as well, explaining little things, and teaching you about all those little bumps to watch for at my 60+ age. The PAs that work for her are also well trained. I like that they also have an Urgent care Walk-in Clinic, which is helpful when my husband has a skin reaction to something or needs TB testing for his biologic arthritis medicine. Her office staff is efficient and friendly. Our family is very pleased with Dr. Ramsdell.

Dr Ramsdell impressed me with her Expertise, respectfulness , Sensitivity to My own personal needs. She is friendly, kind and very professional . Dr Ramsdell is so knowledgeable, highly intelligent and keeps up With the new modern technologies . Dr Ramsdell is all around the “best of the best dermatologist!” Ever !!!!! Call early for an appointment because the news of her awesomeness is no secret - she is in high demand ! Dr Ramsdell never over books , so wait time in her office is at a minimal . I give Dr Ramsdell a very high rating of perfection.

She will take the time to speak to you and listens. Does not appear to watch the clock like some other Doctors. She is concerned over your comfort and wants you knowledgeable.

The office staff is very rude in Lewiston, especially the office manager and unable to resolve problems.h

I first met Dr. Ramsdell when I was nine months pregnant with my second child. I had developed a large and painful wart on the bottom of my foot. I was actively working until my delivery date and being on my feet was becoming debilitating. Not only was this painful, but it was difficult to care for the wound due to my large belly. I went to the dermatologist's office desperate. I wanted to be able to work until my due date and also be able to carry my newborn without my foot in pain, swelling and draining. Dr. Ramsdell and her staff were wonderful, welcoming and caring. My wart was treated several times until it was a thing of the past. I am forever grateful for the treatment that I received. Since then, I have taken my children for dermatologic care and myself again for some cosmetic procedures. I recommend Dr. Ramsdell and this practice wholeheartedly.

Would leave 0 stars if it was an option. This lady was so unprofessional I refuse to refer to her as a doctor (although she assured me more than once that her opinion AS a doctor was more valid than my own). I spent half of my appointment convincing her that my son had a culture that proved his diagnosis. And the other half contradicting her other “facts” such as infants DONT get this, he could NEVER get that. WE DONT KNOW if he’ll ever show symptoms again. She was combative from the first sentence. I am disgusted.

Over the years, my wife and I have visited many many different dermatologists while we have lived in a variety of cities and states. We have now been under Dr. Ramsdell's care for the last several years, and we can both honestly say that she is by far the most caring, patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and competent dermatologist that we have ever interacted with. To clarify further, we have both visited several other dermatologist in the Buffalo Metro area over the past 10 years or so, and all of the other dermatologists lacked Dr. Ramsdell's kind and caring aura / disposition. She is truly gifted and we will both always recommend her to anyone seeking the services of a dermatologist in the Buffalo Metro area!??

I took my daughter to your office for the treatment of her armpit ordor which our family doctor suggested we go to a dermatologist for and her acne! When we told you she hasn't used much over the Connor medicine and was trying to live a more natural life style . You became very rude about it ! And sudjested a powerful drug that she would have to take monthly blood and pregency testing .Which in itself is crazy And when we wanted to try something different! Your response was stick with organic

Dr. Ramsdell and her staff are excellent! She diagnosed my issue in no time and the medication that she prescribed works great. When I need a refill I just call and leave a message and they take care of it right away. She has a busy office, but I never feel rushed and never have a problem getting an appointment when I need one. I have and would recommend Dr. Ramsdell to my family and friends without any reservation!

My experience with Dr. Ramsdell and her staff was excellent! I've had skin issues on and off for years and find Dr. Ramsdell to always be attentive and concerned for my skins health. Also was presently surprised to receive a call from her nursing staff checking on my progress a few days later!

Office staff and PA neglected to call in prescription on time.... my son went 5 days without his recommended course of treatment. Made several calls and left messages that were un-returned. After complaining to the Dr. Ramsdell she told me to get better insurance!!! Horrible service to patients and zero customer service from the Dr. to the PA's and office staff.
