Doesn’t value your time
I was on time and taken straight back and had my vitals taken. The nurse said dr Edward’s would be right in. Fourth five minutes later I was still waiting. Nobody checked back. Nobody offered offered any explanation. I finally left. I told the receptionist what had happened and she just shrugged. Most inconsiderate dr I have never met!

NEVER Will I suggest her to anyone
I went to her to see about a heel pain. and what she suggested for inserts for flat feet. I have tender feet. I can wear solid sandals but have arch issues with shoes. Oh My Gosh you talk about coming out of a corner irritated. She told me too bad about the heel pain which had just started 3 days earlier. My reg dr was out of town. She said it was my spine disk problem that made my right heel hurt. I said it never has before. It just started 3 days after a lot of work on hard ground in bare feet. She attacked My spine dr. My orthopedic because he has not replaced a non-hurting left knee. demanded I take gabapentin when i don't like the stuff. My Then told me i was over weight because i ate to much fruit and vegetables. She was an hour behind I could not believe how she was attacking me. Told me i just have to give up walking. I said if my sandals don't hurt my feet just shoes??? I have had planter fasciitis in my left foot and bone spurs. I thought that is what was wrong. NEVER

Dr. Edwards is one of the best podiatrists I've ever been too. She is truly a first rate surgeon. I trust her with all my family members. She is very caring but I what I care most about is what a skillful surgeon she is. She is perceptive, kind and always excellent.

This is perhaps the worst experience I have ever had in a physician setting. After waiting 30 minutes to see Dr. Edwards, I endured a 10 minute lecture on what terrible insurance I had. I had apparently used the word toes to describe my problem, instead of saying nails and now my lousy insurance would not allow her to do anything.(My insurance is Medicare. Pretty much the standard for us old people.) She left the room and I waited another 20 minutes. I heard her making phone calls out in the office area. I finally put my shoes on and left. When I read the notes she had posted on the IHC site I was a palled by what she had written as none of it was true.

Dr. Edwards has a way with feet. From ingrown nails to neuromas, and even gout flares, I don't trust me feet to anyone else.

Dr. Edwards had all the warmth of a hung-over porcupine. Talked - didn't listen. Won't be going back.

My dad is a diabetic patient for 40 years and no one was able diagnose his foot condition accurately until we took him to Dr Edwards. She has prevented my dad from losing his foot with her execelldnt treatment, diagnosis and follow up. Most recently, she has gone above and beyond in performing an emergency foot surgery for my dad, yet again saving his foot at the right time. One of the motivation for us living in Utah is because of the excellent quality and care from Dr Edwards.

I was told at St. Mark's Hospital my foot was NOT broken, but I was still in pain. I went to Dr. Edwards and she showed me on the x-ray where it WAS actually broken. She took great care to explain things to me and has a great bed side manner!

Dr. Edwards is very good. X-ray tech would get you in position and then disappear around corner. Didn't give any instructions like hold still, I'm taking X-rays now, OK you can move now Waited 1-1/2 hrs to see doctor.
