BILLING NIGHTMARE!!!
Like other reviewers and some friends who use her, great doctor but billing is totally FU! They bill for stuff that should be included in regular exams, like asking a simple question. Suddenly there is a bill for a consultation, which is simply the answer to that question asked during a routine exam. Isn't that what routine exams are for? Also, got billed for tests done for which the insurance company denies payment because they are "experimental" and "unnecessary" but nothing was mentioned during the visit regarding these tests being requested and why they are needed. Looking for an equally great doctor without the billing hassles.

Great doctor, horrible billing company. Twice I have received incorrect bills, most recently for services I PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. Now I have to spend my time, according to her office, to straighten out THEIR problem. It's my credit so I have to do it, but I cannot recommend her based on the billing problems.

I have never met a more sincere or caring doctor. Dr. Spooner is so incredibly compassionate and personable. She never ever rushes me rather she sits down with me and takes time to just listen to me, to my concerns. She treats me like a person and even greets me with a hug every time. There is no one like Dr. Spooner- she's incredible.

I have been seeing Dr. Spooner for over 7 years now, and I have found her to be a knowledgeable, ki. nd, caring professional. She has a lovely, warm manner and truly has a way of putting people at ease and feeling less nervous, even in the face of a serious diagnosis. My daughter also sees Dr. Spooner and was her first Gyn doctor. She also feels very comfortable with her. I highly recommend Dr. Spooner to anyone looking for a gyn.

Dr. Spooner is wonderful , but the support staff, nurse in particular, is disorganized and rude. Took days off work to schedule iud appt only to be told the iud I ordered never arrived.

Dr. Spooner is just the one you would wish for a doctor. She is very thoughtful, caring, friendly and heartwarming person and she has ears for you to hear. I was very happy that I could visit her, and even after first visit, I already have trust in her! Such a awesome doctor!

This office lost my urine sample and did not notify me until four months later. Did not offer any remorse. This error has cost me $200 out of pocket. STAY AWAY
