Unprofessional, belittles people, and makes you feel worse. All of the negative reviews are true here! Save your money and mental health and go to an actual professional. She’s the reason why people don’t seek mental health.

Doesn’t really listen, feels rushed & is too quick to judge. Close minded & dismissive. It’s hard enough to admit and go for mental health issues & to have someone dismiss your issues makes it totally awful.

I have been seeing Dr. Itterra for 7 years and always found her to be very polite and concerned about my condition. She was always willing to try a different method of treatment to make me feel better. I now feel way better than I did when I started seeing her. I highly recommend her after seeing various Psychiatrists over a period of 50 years.

Worse than useless. Spoke down to me and belittled the issue I was dealing with. When asked if she did therapy as well as prescribing, she said yes then continued to tell me that she couldn’t help me because she only does prescription based treatment. Office was dirty and unwelcoming. Also had someone ‘shadowing’ her who sat in on the appointment without prior approval by me.

I dont understand all the negative reviews. I met with Dr Itteera for TMS therapy and to try new meds for depression. I had 38 sessions. She was always polite and showed compassion and professionalism. Never had to waite more then 5 or 10 minutes for my sessions. Maybe people only take the time to write reviews when they have had bad experiences and they are angry but not when they have had good experiences. My experience with Dr. Itteera has been good. Hopefully yours will be too.

MY 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER CALLED HER FOR AN APPOINTMEN SHE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT OUT HORRIBLE TO MY DAUGHTER.. HOW DOES A DR WHO DEALS WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES BE SO COLD HEARTED AND MAKE SOMEONE WHO IS HAVING ISSUES FEEL TERRIBLE!!!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT SHE WILL BE REPORTED BY MYSELF ON WHAT A HORRIBLE , INSENSATIVE , CRUEL PERSON SHE ACTUALLY IS! IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR PROFESSION THEN GET THE F*** OUT! WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE ANY STAR .. GIVING HER 1 STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH!

I love Dr Itterra she helped me a lot she is a life saver for me. I will recommend her.

Horrible doctor....no compassion whatsoever rushes your appointment...stay away! Thinks she is above everyone else....she should have her degree taken away......insensitive

She's always very thoughtful and listens to my problems. I would not hesitate to recommend her to someone going through a tough time.

Terrible! Thinks she’s above everyone and is entitled to be hostile because she has a medical degree. I thought being a physician was supposed to be a caring and healing profession. This woman is abusive and condescending from minute 1. Unbelievable!!

This doctor sucks in the most major way! I'm a RN that just recently lost my husband, had to sell my home of 20 years and find a new place and move within a year of burying him & was recently found disabled and Im on oxygen 24/7 and I was emotionally abused by my family for the year afterward too. I was having repetitive thoughts and went to her. Insurance would not fill my Rx without prior authorization from her and she REFUSED and told me to FIND MYSELF A NEW DOCTOR!!!!!! Outrageous idiot!
