Great
She’s a great doctor. She listens to you and understand your point even though she has to tell you the medical side, but she still listens to you and understands. You has been fantastic.

My experience with Dr. Roche was fantastic. She is very professional while remaining affable and caring, her demeanor inspires confidence that you are receiving the absolute best care. This is completely matched by her skill as a surgeon, she clearly takes great pride in her work and strives for excellence. I would 100% recommend her and her team to anyone.

Horrible experience
During both of visits with Dr Roche, I noticed a pattern of how I would have an appointment for a scheduled time (8:25am,9:20am) and I'll end up waiting,in the waiting room, for over an hour while people who have come in after me, sit down for 10-15 minutes before they're called in. I have been waiting for my cat scan results now for a week, when I called the office on 9/18, she said she will have someone call me but I have yet to receive a phone call. Without my authorization and knowledge, they scheduled an appointment for me, with a Dr I no longer see for personal reasons. This is not how business should be conducted, especially when you're in the field of helping people. I will no longer be seen here.

I went to her I had a tumor on my face that was lodge when I went for my visit she explained fully what my surgery would be made me feel very comfortable and relaxed on my first visit to her Felt very confident with her had my surgery done everything went fine everything she told me and how I would feel I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an ENT or any surgery done you are in good hands with hers
