Quick phone conversation and condescending. Just hung up on me after I said bye. Rude doctor and non caring. Should take up another profession. Helping people is not his go to.

Met Anthony Steven Cabrera at Kaiser over the phone. He seemed to be very dismissive and condescending and curt as other reviews said. I met him on the phone and he did not really want to hear out everything I wanted to say, just told me to make an appointment with a different doctor. While I understand that some issues can only be dealt with by appointment, other doctors on the phone have shown more patience with me when dealing with similar issues and they have also been more curious and investigative to make sure that they get to the root of the problem. Anthony Steven Cabrera did not do that and the fact that he's doing this to other patients as said in their reviews tells me this is not just a 'me' problem.

I took my daughter to Kaiser and I was very disappointed in the services provided by the Downey location. My daughter was having some serious mental health issues and this doctor handled her situation rather poorly. His bedside manner was extremely aggressive and not at all helpful. I was disappointed that Kaiser would allow such a physician to interact with patients that are mentally fragile. I will not return to this location if the doctors are like this.
