Nearly killed me
Last year i went for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I told the anesthesiologist that i need extra anti nausea med in my iv. She never did it. I aspirated and they were so hateful to me in recovery. I knew something was very wrong. I begged them to call an ambulance. The doc never came over to see me. And he was in the recovery room laughing with staff. They kept saying, 'you have to leave, you cant stay here. That was the worst experience of my life. By that night i was in ICU, and by early morning i was on a ventilator for 4 days. In icu for 7. This has absolutely traumatized .e. they also said that i had a heart attack and somehow contracted covid. I tested negative 2 days in a row before the test. Please stay away from here.

Colon Resection Surgery
My Diverticulitis finally came to a head after trying to manage it for approximately 15 years. Dr Dippolito explained everything in detail about what needed to be done. If I had listened to my prior Dr, I would most likely be still in the hospital with a colostomy bag. However, Dr Dippolito is an experienced professional and took care of it. Everything went smoothly and I’m home recovering with minimal time in the hospital. He was there every day to check on me. First class Dr!

Maybe 20 yrs ago Doctors cared…..
Had an appt at the end of January. Met with intern 1/24, & only saw dr. Dippolito when my appt was ending. He explained the surgery I need to have in under 3 minutes. I was told to call his office the following wk to schedule tests & surgery. I waited 2 weeks and was told they did not have the schedule yet. Call again in a week or two. Fast-forward - 2 months since my appt; I’ve left messages with no reply. I called today & was told he no longer performs surgeries at the hospital I’m affiliated with. Saying the person I spoke with was rude is being kind. She told me where he was going to be performing surgeries and basically said get someone else. I informed her my insurance covered the new location, but that didn’t seem to matter. The response to that? “Call your insurance company.” NO THANK YOU - In my opinion the office staff are the first and last impressions of the doctors they serve.

Dr Dippolito is an excellent doctor. He performed surgery on me in 2015. I recently made an appoint. for a colonoscopy & was told I needed a consult first. What I was not told at that time was that I would have to have the colonoscopy within 30 days of the consult. My schedule would not allow that so, I would have to have another consult. My insurance co. will not pay for another consult. Therefore, I cannot have the colonoscopy. Disappointed in the communication.

Incredible doctor. A friend recommended Dr. Dippolito to me when I mentioned my horrible pain & symptoms from hemorrhoids. I thought it might be an uncomfortable visit due to the nature of the matter, but it was the opposite. Never felt more comfortable. The moment you meet Dr. Dippolito, you know you can trust him & you're in good hands.

My husband had his colonoscopy with Dr. Dippolito he is grand. My mother also had Dr. Dippolito as her doctor. She had rectal cancer and he did the surgery after 5 weeks of chemo and radiation. He was a great support for us. She lived a full normal life after this for ten years. A different colon cancer was diagnosed two years after the great ten she had. Had surgery again with Dr. D and he did a fine job. He is also a nice caring man.
