mis-diagnosed
Did not blood test, did not do a biopsy, prescribed meds that were not only expensive but could have been life threatening to me with the real cause of my rash.

I got an appointment as a new patient very quickly; saw Dr. Elias in Strongsville. The reception desk was courteous and efficient. The doctor was slightly late to the exam room (10 minutes) and apologized for the wait as soon as he walked in. He listened to me, then examined. He was thorough in both the exam as well as explaining my issue and upcoming medication treatments. He made me comfortable during the entire visit. Will go back to him if I ever need to and would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr. Elias is the most skillful dermatologist I have seen in Cincy. In 2012, I saw him for a spot that turned out to be nothing. But, after a quick skin scan, he discovered & biopsied a suspicious mole on my back. It turned out to be melanoma in situ (stage 0); he called me with the results. The next day, he performed a wide-margin excision. Melanoma free as of 2019, but wish he were still here to manage my subsequent bouts of basal & squamous skin cancers. I trust his clinical expertise!

Dr. Elias is a nice doctor just not very effective. I saw him for wart treatments over a 6 month period and my warts are no better than my first appointment. My treatments included multiple freezings and physical removal. I also had to have multiple appointments because he did not schedule enough time to treat me during one appointment.

Does not have set office hours. Sometimes they open at 1, sometimes 3, who knows! Takes weeks to get a response if you need prescription refill. They also dont employ nurses, the dr does all the work which leaves you sitting there and waiting. Very unprofessional and would mot recommend.

He is affable, friendly and inspires confidence. I also liked the fact that he is a US Army veteran. He is very knowledgeable and appears to know what he's talking about.
