Dr. Feher explained what to expect after my knee replacement. He answered all my questions. It was so nice to have a doctor sit down and look at me directly instead of looking at my chart. He was caring and compassionate. He personally called me at home after my surgery to check in.

Dr Feher did a knee replacement on me the end of November. The best treatment ever received by a physician. He cares about his patients and their recovery. Highly recommended.

Was told I needed surgery, but results of infection results weren't even back yet! Shouldn't you get the lab results back before you schedule surgery? Seamed like a nice guy at first, gonna help with problem, but then it was like a switch flipped? Don't understand,all I did was get another opinion first! Some people have very fragile egos I think!

No nonsense dr. Replaced my original child-size hip replacement done at O.N.E. with implants the right size for my frame. Decided to forego P.T. for the Force app. All in all a good experience with a great doc!

Dr. Feher and his staff are just remarkable. They make you feel like you are part of their professional family, safe and comfortable. Dr. Feher is very attentive and makes sure you are taken care of throughout the entire process. I have never had a doctor that has treated me with such respect and care, he even took the time on a Sunday to check on me while I was in the hospital. Having a joint replaced can be a scary and worrisome surgery, Dr. Feher and everyone on his team not only takes very good care of you, they make you feel confident and safe by keeping you informed and supported from your first appointment to the last. Dr. Feher is a very talented surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone needing a hip replaced, his surgical skills and his compassion for his patients is commendable.

Dr. Feher listened to my concerns about total knee replacement surgery and told me BEFORE the surgery the things that I would have to work hard at to achieve following the surgery. I felt that he and his staff cared about the patients. He's done a knee replacement on both of my knees-one about 18 months ago and the other about 9 months ago and I can walk and stand more now than I've been able to do in years. The followup care had been care has been good. They have been very responsive to questions I've had. Dr. Feher is one of the best doctors I've had.

Dr. Feher is a fantastic doctor! He is so caring about his patients! I knew I was in Great hands when Dr. Feher prayed for a successful surgery as he visited with my husband and I before going into surgery! He has also called my home to check on me! VERY SPECIAL DOCTOR AND WONDERFUL MAN OF GOD!

From the first consultation through surgery and the follow-up appointments, I was treated with respect. Dr. Feher and his staff took the time to address all my questions and concerns in a professional, yet friendly manner. I was given suggested exercises for PT ahead of the surgery to prepare me and help make the recovery easier. When I called or emailed with questions following the surgery, responses were quick to come and helpful in addressing my concerns. I was so pleased with my first surgery, that I traveled two hours to have him and his wonderful staff do my second hip replacement when it was needed. I was not disappointed, once again, he and his staff made me feel comfortable, heard, and well-cared for. I am back to my daily 4-mile walks, hikes, and active lifestyle.

Long story short I was not a good candidate for surgery. I was a registered nurse and thought I knew the right questions to ask a surgeon and I did. I had two bad knees bone on bone and was walking around on two broken knees for years. The Lord above and Dr. Feher and myself each had a role to play in my surgeries. First knee surgery in January 2019 and second knee in May 2019. I was in my best friends wedding in June and I stood (with a cane but I stood). On July 19, 2019, a little bundle of joy was born and I was blessed to bring her home 4 days later. My baby girl is now 3 years old and I care for her everyday and she is much faster than I am (age 57) but I am keeping up. I would of never been able to have all the blessings I have if it weren't from the Lord above and Dr. Feher and the skill and the gift God has given him. Thank you Dr. Feher.

Excellent experience with revision of a hip joint due to infection. I had 4 joint replacements with this practice when Dr. Pierson was there and was apprehensive about making a change when I had this emergency situation after Dr Pierson retired. We had a rough start, but all was well worked out and the care was excellent. There is a great team there - thorough, competent and reassuring. I had an earlier terrible experience at Ortho Indy with Dr. trainer so was relieved to find this practice. My surgeries were all at St Francis Carmel and care there was also excellent - better than my Ortho Indy St Vincent experience.

Cant say enough about what a great experience I had with Dr Feher and his staff before and after my total knee replacement surgery. They all did a great job prepping me prior to the surgery with what will happen and had me do exercises to prepare the strength in my knee for the surgery. Post surgery, Dr Feher and the staff continued to provide great support to me to get me through the rough patches i had with the pain. They were very prompt in the return calls and gave me some great advice how to get through all of the pain and stiffness i was experiencing. There are a lot of choices for knee replacements in central indiana but i was really glad I was referred to Dr Feher and his group. Top notch!

If I could give him a rating of "0" I would. My husband saw him 8+ months ago and he assured us that he could do the knee surgery that my husband needed, even with my husbands vascular issues in his leg. Dr Feher was going to contact his vascular surgeon but never did. We returned in February and he again, agreed to do the surgery. Surgery was set and my husband went in to have the pre-op testing done. After having the blood tests completed, he was called into Dr Feher's office. He was cancelling the surgery. My husband was shocked. For 8+ months he told us that he could do the surgery. He refused to call my husbands doctor. Why did he call and talk to a vascular doctor that knows nothing about my husbands health? Dr Feher wasted our time and money. I will never recommend him to anyone. I don't care how good of a surgeon he supposedly is.

Love this office staff and the excellent care from Dr. Feher. They are all very attentive to your needs, provide cutting edge procedures in a superior manner, and follow up with care and concern. I’ve had both knees done at Franciscan Center for Hip and Knee, Carmel. There’s a reason I went back for knee number 2. I knew I would again receive excellent care, including home PT, and I’d have less pain than TKR friends that have gone elsewhere.

His or nurse should have known that I don’t qualify as a patient because she knew before appt that I had hip replacement-unfortunately I cancelled another appt because she convinced me he was the one with training. Now I can’t just run to OrthoIndy ????

Dr. Feher was very professional and knowledgeable and my situation. His staff and office is very pleasant and I would recommend him to anyone with a knee problem. Wait time and paperwork was minimal.
