Best Neurosurgeon
It's been 8 weeks with multi-fusions and laminectomy surgery. I'm feeling well again and doing things I haven't done in a long time. I had chronic pain for several years, but the last year was even worse. I had two accidents and very complex surgery, but Dr Frempong-Boadu. He was confident he knew his stuff, took his time, explained everything, and told me I would be okay. I recommend him with all my heart. His staff is not only super friendly but the office is immaculate. Thank you, Dr Frempong-Boadu for giving me my life back we need more surgeons like you.

I have had two major reconstruction surgeries over 9 years both by Dr. Frempong- Boadu. Considered the best neurosurgeon in America for spinal re-construction. Used by the NYPD, the VA and NYFD or will recommend him for major spinal surgery. Simply the best there is.

On top of being an outstanding surgeon Dr. Frempong-Boadu is very personable and we share a great sense of humor. Because of how he is as a professional and explaining what I needed to have done I had no hesitation proceeding with the operation. His staff, especially Nicole Carambot, has treated me incredibly well. I feel like they’re friends of mine. Great people!

Dr. Frempong-Boadu literally gave me my life back. I went from taking an hour and a half and 9/10 pain to get out of bed and vertical, to being able to run again and lift up my 2 year old son. And Dr. F-B’s bedside manner and personality is exceptional. He eanswered every question I had clearly and understandably, a a pleasure to speak with and as promised, he visited me at 9pm on the day of my surgery just so he could meet my son even though he was on his way to Philly at 5 the next morning...

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Frempong Boadu?
Dr. Frempong is competent, caring, diligent and humble, down to earth “superstar-neurosurgeon” with a great attitude and professionalism. He noted he wouldn’t necessarily recommend a surgery until he reviewed the results of a new MRI and only then he concluded (Microdiscectomy) surgery is the best solution to my condition. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. I could not imagine having my surgery with anyone else and I highly recommend him for anyone considering back surgery options.

I can't say enough about the positive experience I have had with Dr. Frempong and his staff. He is up to date on the most cutting edge techniques and as a result I am pain-free (no meds) for the first time in over 20 years. I am looking forward to resuming an active life that I thought wasn't going to be possible again. He and his staff are kind, warm and will spend as much time as you need answering your questions.

Doctor Frempong-Boadu performed a laminectomy from L2 to L5 on my spine, combined with a fusion involving two titanium rods and eight cobalt-titanium screws, to alleviate the increasing pain and discomfort I was experiencing in my lower back. The operation was a complete success and now, approximately six months later, I feel better than I have in many years. The pain is gone and I've got more easy movement in virtually all aspects of my life. He's a wonderful doctor!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Frempong Boadu?
Dr. Frempong has no bedside manner, Pre surgery he was impossible to talk to and post op it was worse. The surgeries he performed on my mother were not successful and sadly her back is so bad now that she's in a wheel chair after two long and complex surgeries he performed including vertebrae fusions and god knows what else; she never got relief and some matters worsened. He is a all business Doctor impressing the Nyu board and med students perhaps but cares muting about his patients.
