Dr. Anthony Freundel, MD

Dr Freundel was kind , caring and exacting in diagnosing and treating treating my symptoms . He returns calls and double checked that you are getting better. I’ve never had such an attentive dr. Highest ratings!

I have taken my father to see Dr. Freundel twice. The first time he was late getting to the office. We heard the nurses on the phone with him and he was at the airport. When he finally got there and we met him, you can immediately tell that he seems a little eccentric. He was difficult for my dad to follow and understand so I had to help translate into normal words. Dr. Freundel seemed thorough to me at this point but I was left feeling unsettled. The second appointment, we were the last appointment and it was obvious that he didn't want to be bothered with us. He was very rushed, disorganized, rude and condescending. The office staff were turning off the lights while we were still there. He asked someone to get an oxygen saturation on my dad and you could openly hear this female complaining about it. My dad felt like he didn't matter and I was very angry. We almost got up and left but finished out the appointment and were then rushed out. This office is NOT patient centered!

Horrible medical care. Does not listen to your concerns and cuts you off mid- sentence. Never looks you in the eye and always seems overwhelmed. Nursing staff and office manager are very rude and condescending, makes you feel like you are bothering them. Nurses actually laugh and roll their eyes behind the doctors back. Wait times are close 2 hours. This office is like a comedy show.

This guy is odd to say the least. I treated with him about ten years ago and he didn’t listen to what I was telling him. Frankly, I think he was in over his head and was just trying a series of medications. Ultimately, I saw another Dr. to whom the answer was obvious and who told me to throw out all of the pills from Freundel. Beware.

The man is taking care of my wife who is intubated, he wont look me in the eye or talk to me. I find him rude and not helpful. I would look elsewhere for a caring physician.

I am very happy with Dr. Freundel. He is very professional and caring. He answers questions and takes time to listen to your concerns. He is very thorough and you feel as though he is really trying to find the best solution to your problems. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
