He spent alot of time listening to me. He went thru testing and video pictures. I trust in his plan and I have confidence in him.

Dr. Howard is always kind & knowledgeable. He communicates clearly & listens when you have concerns. He is an all-around great doctor. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I made an appointment with Dr. Howard specifically to get scoped because I’ve had sinus issues, including drainage for over a year. I was prepped for the scope by the nurse, then he told me he didn’t want to scope me, and instead tried to convince me to have my deviated septum fixed. Mind you, two of his colleagues previously told me that surgery would not improve my symptoms. And I asked him if that would alleviate my symptoms, he said no, but it would help my breathing (which is not an issue for me). I went to another ent to get scoped and they found I have an awful chronic infection in my adenoids, which can explain all of my horrible symptoms I’ve had for over a year. When I told him OTC medications were not therapeutic, he insisted they actually do work and told me to keep taking them.He also told me my OB is lying to me (his exact words) and suggested I can take whatever medications I want in future pregnancies to alleviate sinus and allergy issues. Horrible experience.

I had to bring my 97 year old mother to get some impacted ear wax removed. I wasn’t sure how she would handle it but Dr. Howard was so kind and gentle with her. He also jumped in to assist me to help her transfer from her wheelchair to the exam chair. Dr. Howard is very personable and I would recommend him highly.

Dr Howard was the first person in my 5 or more years as a patient at Michigan ENT to correctly diagnose my issues. Not sure this says much about the other providers there but he definitely gets my recommendation! Thank you Dr Howard for recognizing the symptoms and treating them aggressively and appropriately.
