Office staff
He was originally my husband’s doctor. I had my first born and didn’t know who to choose, so I went with him due to my husband seeing him already and convenience in location. He was average, no real complaints. His front office and behind the desk staff are beyond arrogant. As a nurse and fellow health care provider, I have never treated any of my patients as these ladies did. No point in repeating their behaviors, but will not be taking any of my family members there anymore.

BEST DOCTOR EVER!
Dr. Lin is the most caring doctor! He addressed all my concerns. I have been with him for years and my father also went to him. Many people from my office also see him and all have good things to say about him. The negative reviews on here shock me! Dr Lin is fantastic.

This man was very upset that I questioned him.He actually raised his voice telling me that I am the patient and he is the doctor. Please let me explain . I brought in a specimen from my body this was very troubling not knowing what was wrong with me. It had shrunk in size 1/3. I did show him pictures of same. He started measuring it telling me 7mm long and 3mm wide. I asked why are you documenting this? This is not the true size. His answer it was all he had to go on.That when his voice raised.

I came to see Dr. Lin thinking something was wrong with my thyroid. I told him my history & manifold symptoms & asked if he would check it. He refused, saying I was not fat; he didn't agree I could have a thyroid problem. I told him I was gaining weight, not eating & exercising like crazy, begged him please check. He answered I was just depressed and "getting old." I was 33. It was the most cruel doctor visit of my life. I went to another doc, she found a 4 cm nodule on left lobe immediately.

Dr. Lin is terrible. Let me explain why. From one of his tests on 3/6, my husband was put on coronary disease medicine. He had gone through another test. Today is 3/17, we have not heard from the doctor. The calls to his office was always responded with, "he's gone for the day", "we haven't received report from the hospital", "once he sees it, he will call you". That was yesterday. Today, we're told, "he is on vacation." Run away from him.

Absolutely horrible. He should research conditions such as fibromyalgia, pain and stopping medications that can lead to withdrawal type symptoms. I was told very condescendingly...you haven't seen me in 18 months. How about an office follow up phone call OR post card from your last physical reminding you to schedule a f/u visit Instead of a pharmacy calling saying he won't refill your meds, which caused a medical professional , an RN to be in complete misery. Has zero compassion

Disappointed with care given for mom. Just responds to immediate issues and doesn't engage well with specialists to orchestrator ongoing geriatric care. We were told by an audiologist mom couldn't be tested for hearing loss until ear wax was addressed. This was only 5 days after being told by Dr. Lin wax wasn't an issue. He also discussed with mom an expensive medication but we weren't told it had been prescribed. Pharmacy filled it and mom paid for it without knowing it and she didn't need it.

I was a patient of his for about 7 years and always paid out of pocket since he was not part of my insurance plan. I stuck with him because his father was my son's doctor since birth. This year, my son turned 20 so I made an appointment for him to see Dr. Lin for a problem. My son waited 20 min in the exam room and then was told by one of his office staff that Dr. Lin refused to see him because we were paying out of pocket. I have always paid him in full. His actions were a disgrace to medicine
