Stubborn Doc, unwilling to help
I called the ER before I came because I fell and injured my knee. Having been a military aerospace medic veteran, I knew there was ligament issues. When I called I asked would the doctor have the ability to do an MRI for my ligaments. I was told the doctor would be able to 1) call on call mri or 2) I could wait til they get in and they would give me an MRI. So I waited a few hours til it was close to opening time for the MRI tech. When I got to the ED doctor Lombardi refused to get me an MRI because he didn’t want to burden the MRI tech (not based on diagnosis) I was livid because I was quoted that he would be able to. So now I have spent thousands of dollars for no reason. He was very unprofessional and frankly so stubborn and prideful to make an exception. Even if they don’t typically do it. I was told before hand that he would have the ability to do it. So they should keep their word. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Lombardi was so rude to us when we had rushed my infant daughter into the ER. She had been discharged that day, and had tanked so I rushed her back. He was clearly annoyed that we came to the ER and not the suction clinic. She was in critical condition, I followed my intuition and it was right. She had tons of emergency care, and he didn’t apologize for making us feel stupid for coming in. My questions were not answered clearly. I asked for different methods of medicine administration, because it was horrible on my daughter and he met me with zero compassion saying she needed to learn how to take medicine at some point. Literally my child was fighting for her life and I was met with that. He was rude, condescending, annoyed, and prideful. He made our situation significantly worse. I hope he never makes a terrified parent feel that way again. He needs to learn from his mistake.
