I hope one day he gets and apathetic Dr like him
I hope one day he has to be treated by an apathetic Dr like himself. will tell you anything false to get you back to work full well knowing you are not physically qualified to do so. I mean he did go to medical school in Italy. To be a dr. you have to be super smart. for him to put people that have several aherniated discs in back and neck plus sciatica in 1 or 2 legs and degenerative disc disease back to work full duty in the field is literally wrong. . with notes from my orthopaedic surgeon saying im not physcially fit to work due to my medical conditions. with supporting MRIS. hes lucky i didnt call the nys medical board. so its not that hes not intelligent but also full well knowlingly negligent. lets call it wilful negligence just to get an nypd police surgeon badge, and you better know had i been injured bc he put me back with the conditions i have i would have sued him for every penny he has. he should be kicked out just like all those nypd high ranking corrupt bosses.

Awful Office Experience
I have been waiting for nearly 3 months for test results and my medical records. Maniscalco is nice enough but his office is horrible.

Staff has changed
I’ve been going to Dr. Maniscalco’s office for years and can say that since the staff recently changed, things have gotten better. The receptionist doesn’t have an attitude and works with you to figure out the best course of action. Their hours are weird so you don’t always get to speak to a live person but she’s called back whenever I had a question. Dr Maniscalco is usually late arriving to appointments so bring your crossword puzzles.

Doesn't call back
I called the office multiple times regarding a serious medical condition and noone ever calls back. Theres no emergency contact or email. The doc isn't tech friendly and if his receptionist isn't in have fun trying to get someone on the phone.I called during a holiday weekend and left a vm months later still no response lol.. I had to get a new doctor. Dont get me started on patient care! I wouldnt recommend him to anyone

SOLD HIS SOUL FOR A POLICE DEPARTMENT RANKING. He makes an attempt at determining your physical abilities but will put you back to work regardless full on knowing your condition puts you and others at risk of further injury. These department doctors have one job. Keep cops in the field at every cost even if they cant shoot, walk or defend themselves.

Terrible service. Doctor is difficult to reach/see. It is near impossible to retrieve medical records from this doctor. Stay away! I have been to his office several times and called countless times to try to obtain my medical records and test results to no avail.
