I am very healthy and seldom see doctors, so was extremely apprehensive about seeing a cardiology specialist for a heart murmur. At the first minute, the office staff put me at ease; when I met Dr. Marano, I knew immediately that I could put my faith and trust in him. He took all the time needed to completely explain everything and answer any questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and personable. I do not need to see him again, but am very glad to have him as my doctor.

Outstanding one word. Took a lot of time to explain to my family the severity of my blockage and why I needed a open heart procedure. Explained and took questions from my 20 year old boys and my wife told me he stopped and checked in on them during my surgery. CBH has a diamond with Dr. Marano I would highly recommend him to anyone.
