Worst front desk. Never takes calls or reply
Doctor is good. But his front desk staff support is worst. They dont pick phone calls or reply to voice messages. Need to try many days to reach them.

we have been patients of Dr Rota for 15 years... he is an old style doctor who will take whatever time is needed for you to explain your problem then listen to his answers. He is not a dictator - he understands not all patients fit within tight insurance protocols so he educates you as to your options. When we make an appointment the wait time is close to zero - when they squeeze us in with an urgent issue we rarely wait 15 minutes...
