Dr. Zollo is caring and listens to what I have to say. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand and is empathetic to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone.

While dr Zollo is a nice person, he lacked the overall empathy and understanding you need from a doctor. It seemed as though issues I had, were not issues to him, therefore it wasn't a problem at all. This led to poor doctor-patient trust. Visits seemed rushed and the general feel was more so any ailment was comical as opposed to serious. While some people may take interest in this type of personality, overall, it came off an non-understanding and condescending. I'd recommend to 80 and up crowd.

Dr. Zollo covers all your past blood work. Gives a quick tell all of what it means. Asks general questions. The computer is annoying - but that is the system that all the dr's seem to use now. I got him joking about surviving peri-menopausal women and any advice for my husband. He really opened up after that! I absolutely love the staff at the front desk. They are so helpful, and kind. The transition from Mel, well, no one is like Mel. Giving Dr. Zollo a chance, and Chris Eten is great.
