Literally would give 0 stars if possible. HORRIBLE bedside manner. Cut me off when I was talking, invalidated everything I said and didn’t actually look at the concerns I had. Talked at me not to me. Clearly was not concerned with me as a patient but just views everything by the textbook.

Horrible Experience
Dr Dulay told us to seriously think about aborting our twins because she was confident they could be mono mono twins and suffer horrible complications. The scan was only at 8-10 weeks. We left our appointment depressed and confused. We decided to go to UPenn instead and the doctor told us it was almost impossible to know if they were Mono mono at this stage. Dr. Dulay’s assessment was entirely incorrect. Terrible bedside manner and should not be working with high risk pregnancies. Our twins turned out to be Mono-Di and are perfectly healthy young boys.

Horrible
Horrible beside manner appeared to be in a rush and not through with her findings at all. She told me my baby wasn’t growing and it could be stillborn, however her colleague a few weeks prior gave me a a through ultrasound and my baby grew from that visit perfectly fine. She’s rude and lacks compassion in healthcare. She needs to find a new career. I thought it was just me, however after looking at these reviews I see that’s her and no one is doing anything about it. I filed a grievance with my health insurance company and plan to file one at the hospital as well.

She should be fired
Rude. Doesn’t listen. Cuts you off when trying to ask a question. Raises red flags with no evidence. A horrendous doctor with no bedside manner whatsoever. Probably the worst doctor I’ve seen to date and I’ve gone through 3 pregnancies.

Dr. Dulay was the MFM for my 20 week ultrasound. One HOUR after my ultrasound she finally came in and told me my baby had a long list of things wrong in her brain and that she either had trisomy 18 or would be severely mentally incapacitated. She told me I had no chance of having a normal baby. Because of covid I was alone, she never told me to call my partner before giving me this gut wrenching news. After an 8 hour day at chop the next day to figure out the specifics of my babies condition I was told she was WRONG. Entirely wrong, about everything. I had a healthy baby girl. Dr. Dulay stole all my joy from my pregnancy and left every day filled with fear and anxiety that something was wrong. Because of her I will never get pregnant again. Do not go to her. She jumps to conclusions and gives no hope at all.

Horrible experience! After getting an ultrasound scan with the technician, Dr. Dulay came in to discuss what was seen in the scans. First of all, she took only few steps from the door and while still standing she told us that everything seems fine except for the amniotic fluid levels that seems pretty low. Then she went on to telling my husband and I to google about it! Why would I google about anything when a “professional” doctor, who is getting paid by me is standing in front of me. She was very short and at every opportunity she tried to end the conversation And turn around to leave until my husband stopped her and told her that although it seems she is in a hurry we would like to ask her few more questions. Really unprofessional and horrible bedside manners.

Horribe bedside manor!!! Gave no hope and only wanted to discuss complications! People need hope! I understand the need to discuss complications but also discuss possibilities of everything being ok.

I was a high risk patient who went to main line perinatal my entire pregnancy. Since it was Dr. Delay who diagnosed me with preeclampsia (my second time having it) she made a plan for my care. Her plan appropriately monitored my health and the baby's health while still allowing us to wait to 37 weeks to deliver him. Dr. Dulay was thorough with her explanations, generous with her time and caring. She is also a fellow preeclampsia survivor. I highly recommend her.
