Dr. Abadia was the anesthesiologist for the surgery I had in June, 2015, which was a knee replacement. Despite the fact that the nurse told him I had already had pre-op meds, he told her to give it to me again (I am very small). Though she told him again I'd already had it, he insisted she do it. She complied with his orders and I ended up after surgery with dropped foot. This cost me an extra day in the hospital, a special shoe brace and a HUGE amount of fear that this was permanent.
