This is for Dr. Arboleda's staff. I've been calling to follow up on my son's Sports Clearance that is needed for his school and this has been going on for the last 3 weeks. I would call a couple of times a day and they would always tell me that the nurse will call me back and of course the nurse doesn't call back. All I need is the Sports Clearance for his school. The staff are very unhelpful and rude!

My husband took our children in to Dr. Arboleda due to both of them being sick and our primary wasn't available. He had my husband wait in his office while both my kids cried due to high fevers, so he could make inappropriate phone calls, one being to me. His bedside manners were atrocious and he made cruel accusations to me about both my son and my husband that have greatly affected our family. He should not be treating children and I say this with a heavy heart.

Dr. Arboleda was the on-call Doctor for my son when I called him at 9:30 at night requesting him to change my son's strep throat medication, he rudely told me to take him to urgent care and hung up. In this was utter and sheer stupidity on Dr. Arboleda's part and I believe that he is taking his medical degree for granted. He does not care for his patients and does not have the sense to think that urgent cares aren't open at night. The medical board should take steps against Dr. Arboleda.

Love dr A but the way this office is run is beyond ridiculous! The receptionist is so rude w/ an attitude I've seen her take calls and just sit there leaving them on hold for 10 mins! today's my second w/ them apt at 9:45 both times the dr just strolled in way after the apt times and the entire waiting room is full of patients! Don't schedule an appt when the dr isn't even here to see the patients! Today I am sitting in the hall on the floor waiting wih a baby with 102 fever no Ac! Pissed
