Dr. Antonio Diaz, MD

Although the staff on site are pleasant, the follow up through phone contact is not professionally handled.. Multiple times my scripts were not called in as needed resulting in my running out. Dr. Diaz is not always available, he has his PA attend to my visits. When I have seen him he is not attentive to my issue, he seems focused on other things as I share my condition problems. I would not recommend him...

Very unorganized staff. I waited around 2 hours with an appointment to finally be taken in. Then another 45 minutes to see the doctor which he does not even take his time in listening to my concerns or questions. Other than the girl in front desk, everyone else from the staff is extremely slow and rude! Especially the manager and her sidekick next to her. I can never have a conversation with them! Never again going back to this doctor.

Worst experience ever!!! I was seen for back pain Friday morning and prescriptions were never sent to pharmacy. I was in pain the whole weekend. Very disappointed!!

i go to a doctor when I'm sick. I do not want to be told to do ti chia or drink smoothies. i can do that on my own. The dr himself is not familiar with up to date medicine. He is rude to patients and especially his staff. there is a lady i believe the office manager who can barely speak english and when she does it's incorrect. like really? Take an english class. Lastly, the wait time is a minimum of 2 hours. 3 hours i spent there to be told do excercises and drink smoothies.

He is the worst physician I have ever been to. EVER. Even with an appointment, I had to wait over an hour to even be seen by a nurse. I told him I was there for a checkup and EKG. He then did an exam and then said he would write a prescription for acne (which I did NOT ask for and didn't want). He also refused to bill insurance even though he is in network. $1100 and 1.5 YEARS LATER and he has been paid by both me AND insurance and STILL refuses to reimburse the over-payment. NEVER AGAIN.
