Had a great experience until I had problems with my implants. I went in for my 6 month check up, I asked him if they are ok, becasue I was having pains at the bottom of my implant. He told me they have bottom out and the only way to fix it was surgery. How he said it, sounded like he did not want to redo the surgery. So now I am going to another surgeon to get them fix and paying $6000 to fix this issue. So now in total my breast augmentation is costing me $13,000. when it should have been 7000

Dr. Gayoso is very knowledgeable and thorough in all of his appointments. He's completely honest and very professional. I reviewed a few plastic surgeons before finally meeting Dr. Gayoso and feeling confident to choose him. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my results.
