This place is a disgrace. They know what you need
Don’t even waste your time just run real fast in two months. They have me on 10 different medicines refuse to give me the medicine that he said I needed and Miss Katrina said I needed but refuse to give it to me for no reason at all my mom committed suicide and I tried several times to seek adequate treatment through them and it’s impossible. Triniais too worried about your outside life and Dr Louis he don’t know if he’s coming or going and he prescribed me two wrong medicines in less than two months I dismiss myself from their program. I need a doctor that’s gonna give me what I need at first I didn’t know what I needed then him and his assistant said they felt like I needed benzos then he dangled it above my head like a carrot and said I’m not gonna give them to you well f—k you like I told Katrina the last time I didn’t wanna be there. Then you called me back Doctor Louise to be your guinea pig. F—k you and Katrina. Thanks Angela for always being kind and going the extra mile..

I'm very glad I left his service
If you're on an established medication regimen that's working for you, he's fine for prescribing refills (as long as you don't let him talk you into changing something that's working), but if your medication isn't working, you need a change, or if you are in search of new medication, I do not recommend. His office only prescribes a few different meds, many which are not FDA approved for the issue you have, and they refuse to prescribe alternatives, even if the meds are not working, or in my case, even if the side effects are terrible. He also had me on medicines that were detrimental to my health for a condition I didn't have. Since leaving, and finding a doctor who properly diagnosed and prescribed medications that actually treat my condition, my well-being has improved tremendously. It just seemed like one big med-pushing scheme when I was getting treated by him.

Explanations of issues are excellent
I chose Dr. Luis because of his years of experience. I was impressed with his explanations and suggestions, answering all my questions and concerns. I found the entire staff to be friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Luis. He can quickly diagnose and help individuals with any challenges. I have also been seen by a practitioner in his absence and was very pleased with her counseling. My visits have been all good as well as beneficial.

Excellent visit. I am glad I ignored the mean and hateful, ineffective posts. For me it just reflects upon the reviewer and not the physician. In fact I have to wonder if someone has a vendetta here because my visit was excellent and helpful. The years of experience was the main reason I chose Dr. Luis. I recommend him. I have a follow up visit and respect his opinion and experience. Absolutely found no cons with my visit. Just baffled by the posts.

When we visit the office
Yes me as a caregiver was belittle by Steele nurse practitioner about my client medication she was being very unprofessional my client has dementia and Parkinson and she ask him all kinds of questions about how’s is he being taken care of, she wasn’t being professional by asking him how he was feeling and what happened to him in his lifetime she was at the staffing from the start very rude so she tell my client that he didn’t have to eat at all if he don’t want so now he’s on his way to the hospital because of the unprofessional nurse Susan he haven’t ate or drink anything in three days I’m so sad for him.

Always over 45 minutes late to the meetings he schedules. Cancels at least every month but they don’t have any rescheduling openings for 2 weeks out. I had an appointment for July 15th, it got cancelled (without notice) and then rescheduled for the 31st. Then cancelled again and they don’t know when he’s going to be back in. I’m currently going on 3 weeks without a refill. I was informed that he can’t call in prescriptions over the phone. Ridiculous.

If there were ANY other options around I would never return back to this man. He is cold, uncaring, careless, dispassionate and should retire because his intentions are not in the right place. I have seen many doctors in different states and no one has ever made me feel the way this man has as a patient. He should be ashamed to call himself a doctor. Please reconsider using this man if doing so.

This quack told my child she was fat when she started with him and shouldn't worry about weight gain. Has very little patience with her. His fix is to prescribe dangerous drugs with horrible side effects and if symptoms persist he says I can't help you. In my opinion he's overwhelmed and lacks compassion for young women and young mothers specifically. I wouldn't use him

Dr Luis is just fine. His receptionists are dim witted and extremely unhelpful. I do believe this to be the main reason for any negative reviews he may have accrued.

NO I WOULD NOT Are you trying to kill my friend? You prescribe her a medication for seizures, she doesn't have seizures, she is experiencing the BAD side effects that said to stop taking and call you doctor. She's only been on it for 2 days. If you do not do something to fix this I will report you. And if she dies because YOU did NOT check I WILL SUE YOU. Thank and have a nice day

We have saw Dr. Luis through a Telemed program via live video chat from Blue Ridge. He seems ok, but forgets what he prescribed you last time, doesn't have your chart with him, and asks you to tell him what you have been taking and how. The office at Blue Ridge where we waited for the laptop based video chat had many files on the desk across from sofa where we waited for video chat. We could have easily read other people's files if we had wanted to while we waited to begin video chat. Concerning

Met with Dr. Luis via video conference. New to area. 30 minute consult. While I would consider his opinion that I had been misdiagnosed and treated with incorrect medication for the past 9 years as possible, his detached, clinical, dispassionate, arrogant delivery of this news was such that I would not ever consider him as my treating physician. Felt like a piece of meat on meathook rolling by for inspection.
