Dr. Antonio Riccelli, MD

Worst dr and office staff ever. Staff are rude and dismissive. Dr. Ricelli must have told me 40 times on my first visit to not call the office for test results. The office finally called me after 4 months, and I was put on a new medication. This doctor ends up charging for an office visit instead of for an annual visit which is free with my insurance. Second time this has happened. Currently filed a grievance with my insurance company. The insurance company has reached out to this provider twice with no response. I intend to seek out a better and more caring doctor. I believe Dr Ricelli and his practice are just in business to make money for the hospital system. Find another practice. Beware!

I took my brother-in-law to see Dr. Riccelli. My brother-in-law avoids doctors & can be dishonest. We made the arrangements & provided transportation. He signed permissions to share health information with us. When called back, I went with him as his advocate & to ensure his honesty. The nurse put her hand in my face to stop me. She said she would return & let me know if the doctor would allow this. She never did. I explained the situation to the receptionist who went to explain it. I was still denied admission. When the physical was done, the doctor deigned to speak with me. I explained everything. His response was that it was their Covid policy to only allow 2 people in the room. Due to the doctor’s inflexibility, there were health issues that were not covered. All was blamed on the Covid policy, which had never been shared with us. I told him that he was hiding behind his policy at the expense of his patients’ health. He suggested we find another doctor. We will.

Very unprofessional and does not have a good bed side manner. Uncompassionate individual.

I really like Dr. Riccelli, because he is very thorough. He takes his time and listens to you.

I have been a patient 20 + years. Dr.Riccelli had got me through a lot in the years. He is also a doctor who will find answers to your questions and problems.

Dr Riccelli always takes his time with you. He listens to everything you have to say and addresses each issue.

He is the worst Doctor I have ever seen. His partner, Dr. Dobkin is one of the kindest and smartest people I've ever met, but Rocelli shouldn't even be allowed to practice medicine. When my grandfather became severely ill and became very debilitated, Rocelli barely looked at him and told him "this is the new normal" and told him to give up. I went to him for a severely hurt back, and he told me to exercise. I went for a 2nd opinion, and I was told that I could've permanently injured myself.

Dr. RIccelli truly listens. He respects his patients and provides understandable details for diagnosis and test results.
