I don't understand all of these positive reviews. I went to Thomas on the strength of others and these reviews. I had the WORST experience with this doctor and the sad part is that he is a pediatrician. When I gave birth, he never came to the hospital to check on my newborn. Cancelled my sons appointment 1 hour before the appointment time, and I had to reschedule days later. It's impossible to speak to him as he has a condescending tone. When I have a question, I don't even want to call him because he is never clear and always rude. My son recently had an allergic reaction. I called so that Thomas can see him, but he refused. What kind of doctor refuses to see a 9 month old after they've had an allergic reaction?? The office said he has a symptom of COVID and cannot be seen. My son had NO FEVER, NO cough, no other symptom... he threw up because he had an allergic reaction to eggs (which is common and something a doctor should know).
