Horrible experience. I never leave reviews and wouldn’t even know where to begin describing everything wrong with this place. Find someone else.

Everyone was rude and making fun of me. I had the worst experience ever. Last year the staff and PA was terrific. This year all different staff and PA was new. I had the worst experience.

Horrible Dr. Would not listen to us. Never physically saw him in 9 months of appointments. Go anywhere else. You cannot have a discussion with him. He is pushy and frankly he is too overwhelmed to listen.

Walked into his tiny waiting room in the midst of covid19, he had 6 patients waiting, not even 2 feet from each other, there was no hand sanitizer. Over three hours in his office! This tells me he has too many patients and overcooks appts. He’s not even following Federal guidelines on social distancing!

I have come to Dr Vicencio after a horrible experience with another doctor. I am new to Florida and I am not used to doctors canceling appointments and not telling you or they have a retired doctor filling in for them who knows nothing about you. I have so far found this office to be very genuine, kind and accomodating. The staff have been wonderful and have made it a smooth transition for myself and my mother to change primary care physicians.

Dr. Vicencio is one of the best doctors in Flagler County. I have been his patient since he first started his practise here in Flagler. He is patient and listens to what I have to say and then addresses the problem. There is NO rushing me out the door. He is a well qualified physician and his office staff works well with getting my medical needs taken care of. Thank you for taking good care of me for all these years.

I have been seeing Dr. Vicenzio for a few years and have found him to be very concerned about my health. The office staff is well functioning and I am seen in a few minutes. The new nurse practitioner is fabulous and so is his new triage nurse. I think the place is great!! Was just there on 11/1/2019

Dr is great but the office is incompetent. If you're lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone you'll get an array of excuses and unfulfilled promises of a call back that will never come. Last prescription mistake took 2 months , 7 calls and found out today was never called in. Changing Drs today.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Vicencio since relocating to Palm Coast five years ago. He and his employees are very nice and always make us feel at ease. He has done a wonderful job of treating us post cancer and with any health issues that we've experienced. We would certainly recommend Dr. Vicencio to anyone.

I would also like to add: They send you to a specific lab for blood work, without telling you its out-of-network with your ins. The lab tech informed me of the 'deal' the wife has with them. Then you have to pay for an app. to see the nurse so she can tell you your blood work looks good & to make yet another app. to finally see the doctor, in six months, to go over the results. If you're on any type of medication, in 6 mo. you will need more blood work done. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
