Happy with Dr Monglia
Have done very well with Dr Mongia, she was able to get me far healthier and symptom free than any other doctor I have seen. She is also a concerned and caring doctor and does not rush you at all.

Refused to take over allergy shots. I had 6 months worth when I asked. I managed to get them take over elsewhere.

I have never been to a more incompetently run office! I went there for testing and was asked to pay a copay and schedule a follow up appointment. At the front, it took FOUR young people to make a followup appointment. The card machine was not working so they called me the next day to get my payment, which was processed and showed on my statement. Five months later I got a bill for the copay and they are saying this has been happening to others as well and they have no record of payments!

I have had a very unorganized experience with this office. I have called before and left messages with no response. One time the doctor after hours called me back to appologize for his staff after I left a troubling message. I call sometimes and get a fax after several rings. I had an appointment and was referee back to allergist and was told I would see her and have allergy skin test the same day. I took off work spent 1.45 mins and was told they did not have me down for a test.

Her office staff changes constantly. I haven't seen the same employees in her office in the last 6-9 months and I'm not talking about just one or two of them but all of them. There is a lack of communication between the doctor, patient, patient needs, and doctor staff. Things do not get taken care of when releases for surgical procedures need to be done or records send to other facilities. Dr. Anu Mongia is an amazing doctor and I enjoy seeing her and having her as a doctor.
