Dr. Tui is extremely caring, approaches care in a holistic manner, is thorough, and sums up visits to assure findings and outcomes are understood with appropriate follow up.

Fantastic staff and doctor. Staff has changed recently and the receptionist, nurse and doctor are so caring, helped me re-establish my care after being at Complete Health in Ormond and being totally frustrated (no human contact by phone & referred to make contact via patient portal which doesn't work and THEY KNOW IT!). Tui is personal, talking to a nurse Is such a plus! The office is small and she takes the time you need to explain your concerns. She gets to know you and your family dynamic which is important to your history genetically. She is so amazingly thorough. She sends you for testing quickly if needed and gets your results to you quickly with thorough follow-up.

I have been seeing Dr. Tui for years and love her! She is very personable and the staff is great!

Dr. Srisawat is the best physician I have ever had She is compassionate, listens and explains in simple terms. She was my Mother-in-Law's physician and then my husband and I became her patients when she opened her own office. I could not recommend her any higher. Her focus is on the patient and his/her well being. Her staff is competent and friendly. I trust her with my life!

staff is rude and extremely unhelpful..You sign in and wait for them to acknowledge you from behind a closed window. Your not even sure they know your there.. Questions are answered with “that’s are way.”. Headnurse complained to my wife that she was too busy to look at faxes, when wife was waiting for biopsie results.. finally looked and on the bottom of a large stack my wife’s bad results were there. Who does such a thing? why were the faxes not checked? And who is nasty to a worried woman?

Dr Tui is ok... she has a terrible staff and does not really care for her patients... she is more concerned about her staff than her patients and when there is a problem wont even talk to you... Her office manager is a terrible person that really made seeing Dr. Tui difficult... Never returns calls and no follow up ever even with new meds...

Dr. Tui is extremely has a great bed-side manner. From the time she enters the exam room to the time she leaves, you are her only focus. She reviews your charts with you, discusses any issues and provides appropriate care/recommendations. The only downside is her staff needs to remember that each patient is her customer...and they need to improve their customer service skills TREMENDOUSLY. A smile, hello, thank you go a long way - the Dr. knows that but the staff hasn't figured that out yet!
