Dr. Anupam Jha, MD

I can no longer function or take care of myself on my own. I've lost the ability to focus, I can't enjoy anything anymore, and I can't get consecutive sleep. The more I did what you told me the worse off I became. Do the world a favor and quit your profession you clearly don't listen to your patients and you just prescribe what ever drug is most popular with little to no other consideration.

You ruined my brain, nothing feels good anymore. You turned me into an empty husk of a person. You don't deserve to be a doctor.

This so called doctor tried to force anti-depressant medication on me and also threatened to put me on a psychiatric hold if I didn't agree to accept the prescription. This man needs his license revoked, this is unacceptable.

He ruined my life. Dr Jha threatened to keep me on psychiatric hold indefinitely unless I took these experimental anti-depressants that I didn't want to take, my experience was nothing less then torture. I have not been able to experience joy in well over a year. This man needs to be thrown in prison.

This dr. Gave my daughter a diagnosis without taking into consideration her whole medical profile history. Without even meeting her, ignoring the history of me, the parent

Great doc!

At first I liked working with Dr. Jha. He spent time at his appointments and I did not feel rushed. He seemed caring at first. However, problems arose when I expressed my desire to go off of my antidepressant that was not working well and causing me panic attacks and other troublesome side effects. I asked Dr. Jha for the taper plan which my naturopathic doctor requested. He refused to provide me a taper plan or work in conjunction with my naturopathic doctor. He was not in favor of me using natural medicine to treat my depression, even though I was going to do so under a doctor's care. I think that Dr. Jha was worried about liability if he took me off of my drugs. However, as a competent adult I had the legal and ethical right to make my own decisions about taking psychiatric drugs. I feel that Dr. Jha disregarded my rights.

Have never had to wait longer than 5 mins. Dr. Jha actually reached out to ME after a trauma and works hard to fit me into his schedule. Like other psychiatrists, time is often limited due to a shortage in the field. However, unlike other psychiatrists in this area, Jha actually cares about his patients. I have only heard good things from other patients and several workers in the field have mentioned how much they enjoy working with him. His office staff is hands-down the best.

I have been searching for the rightmed cocktail to treat my BP1 for years. I was tired of just being in a medicated fog or constant depression with fatigue. Dr Jha truly listens to my input and information about how I feel and how I want to feel. His advice and recommendations are spot on and researched. I trust his knowledge about what he is doing. I never feel rushed, ignored, unheard, or unimportant. As I travel on my journey with BP1, I am grateful to have Dr Jha by my side as an ally.

After only one visit with brother-in-law, he determined he did not need a guardian. He also could not possibly be aware of all of his disorders or problems based on one visit and based on what brother-in-law that doesn't think he has any problems tells him. Many issues not being addressed and doctor does not seem to care what family members opinions are. If family were not living with him, he may have burned house down by now.
