Dr. Anuradha Agrawal, MD

I used to like bringing my daughter to this office, but I noticed it was only when I was dealing with the PAs, and not the listed doctor, Dr. Anuradha Agrawal. Instead of telling me to my face that she no longer wanted to service us, she elected to state that she was no longer taking my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas), which was a lie as I verified that on today. Be a woman of your word, learn how to hold the companies that you utilize for your billing accountable, and stop hiding behind ghost policies that you really had not intentions of implementing or enforcing. That was really low and unprofessional of you. Luckily I no longer have to deal with PGV Pediatrics, as Methodist and their doctors are much nicer to kids and no how to provide a welcoming and friendlier environment. No wonder you can't keep your PAs, because apparently they can't stand you either.

Due to the incompetence of the administrative staff, my wife and daughter were turned away from their appointment because Dr. Agrawal’s policy has apparently changed requiring her name to be printed on your insurance card even though she is in our Cigna network and we do not require a referral. Let me add that we’ve been here before without this pushback. The office eventually allowed my wife to enter but only if she paid out of pocket. We had Cigna call the office but they still refused to run our charges through insurance. After reading other reviews for this office on Google, I see a pattern of incorrect billing. The staff is rude and if you question them they will tell you you’re no longer welcome to return as they did with us. This office needs to be investigate for fraud. They over charged us by $50 and it took weeks of follow-up to resolve just to be banned from the office.

Dr. Agrawal is a great doctor. We have been with her since my son was born in 2013 She cares for her patients and takes time to answer all of our questions. I love that i can go to her for any advice regarding my kids health and well-being. Her staff is wonderful and helpful getting us in quickly when our little ones are sick. She also truly cares for my children & takes time during each visit, we never feel rushed. very knowledgeable when making decisions regarding my children’s treatments. Awesome provider every time

Great Experience!

As a doctor, you are only as good as the staff you hire to run the office. Unfortunately, Dr. Agrawal's staff is seriously lacking. I have waited hours on more than one occasion for what should have been routine well checks and shots for my infant. We have also had numerous issues with insurance and billing. We have always paid upfront, but when they overcharge us they will not issue a refund. We are searching for a new pediatrician for our 6 month old.
