Dr. Anuradha Paturi, MD

I asked precise questions via email before making my appointment. Dr. Paturi answered in writing (email) assuring me I would get what I wanted, the way I wanted. But when I got there, she changed all the cards on the table and said just the opposite, total ‘bait and switch’. She even said she wouldn't get paid for a visit she didn't do (as I was leaving), and instead she charged me for my full deductible. Totally unprofessional and misleading behavior. Untrustworthy. On another forum, she answered with the usual boiler plate response with the ‘miscommunication’ excuse. There were NO miscommunications, just bait and switch. Here is copy of the email exchanged, where my questions are very clear, and so are her answers. And her crying ‘I won’t be paid because I didn’t do anything/? Here is a copy of the receipt of the payment they exacted of me. Is this miscommunication? You clearly did get my money, no miscommunication here either.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paturi for more than three years now, to include cataract surgery, and have the utmost trust in her. She always takes to time to do a thorough examination and explains everything. He staff is equally friendly and helpful.

Dr. Paturi's whole office staff is so good. All are so pleasant and have great communication skills. No problem rescheduling appointment. All are very professional. Office is very nice as well

Have had surgery for both eyes, for cataracts. (You cannot do just one) Do not know final outcome yet, but very happy with current results. My near vision is perfect. Just waiting to see how I do with distance. I used the standard Medicare qualifying lens, nothing fancy. The only thing they forgot to tell me is how light sensitive you can be for the first couple of days. All in all, satisfied.

Answers all questions about my condition, and provided me with a wealth of information that put me at ease, and helped me understand what has occurred over time, and what to look for in the future. Very satisfied with my treatment.

The beautiful office, like Dr. Paturi herself, makes you immediately feel calm. Staff and doctors are thorough, conscientious, and supportive. The equipment is top-notch. Boswell Eye Institute has a fabulous staff who make you feel at ease. The surgery was much easier than I had expected. I felt no anxiety and could not be happier with the results. I had a prior Lasik surgery 13 years ago but she was able to use a new technique so I still got excellent results. I am 72. One tip: take all your records of latest eye Rx and your records from Lasik doc so scheduling is not held up. Thanks, Dr. Paturi (and to my sister who recommended her), for making what could have been a very anxious procedure a piece of cake!

I've very much enjoyed my visits to see Dr. Paturi. Like others have mentioned, I waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back each time. My visits are simple (checks for melanoma in my eyes), but she takes the time to explain any questions I have. The ladies that work in the office with her have all been very pleasant, and have taken care of me without problem!

Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. Dr Paturi is very thorough and explains what is going on with my eyes in simple terms .

I was afraid that I needed cataract surgery. But Dr Paturi’s office employees made me feel welcome and comfortable. After I had surgery I was relieved that it went so well as they said it would. Dr. Paturi is an awesome eye doctor. I could not only not see the big E, I couldn't even tell there was an eye chart on the wall. Now, after cataract surgery in both eyes, I can see 20/15. I am thrilled. I never thought I could see this good again. Her office staff is also awesome. I never waited over five minutes for any of my appointments. The doctor takes plenty of time and explains everything. I am a very detail oriented person, so for me, that was a lot of time and a lot of questions I asked. I give her my highest recommendation.
