Good care, but communication with practice is bad
Good care while seeing her, but the office communication is awful. Messages left are not returned and they claim they never got them. Once maybe their machine glitched but 3 times - no! Appointments for physicals need to be made a year in advance to get your prefered time. However, they then call you and want to move them many month later. No office manager in the practice, so no oversight. A shame

Every visit with Dr. Sharma is thorough and valuable. I’m so grateful to have her as my Primary Doctor. She’s always an excellent listener, is genuine, direct and honest. She is what I consider to be a consummate professional. Dr. Sharma ensures that I have a clear path of next steps to take to be proactive about my health, and reaches out to share test results that she personally retrieves. We are so very lucky to have her in our health system. I can’t say enough about this accomplished, bright and caring Doctor. She is a gem - and, so is the office staff!
