Dr. Aparna Pai, MD

Dr. Pai has been my primary physician for approximately 15 years. She has always responded quickly to my needs and I have been very satisfied with having her as my physician.

I’ve been with Dr Pai for years. She is very respectful and compassionate. I never feel rushed, all my questions are answered about any of my concerns. She provides me with the best treatment for my illnesses. She goes over & beyond for her patients.

Easy to make appointments. Very compassionate to concerns. Allows me to talk about my concerns and address them in a manner that I understand and follow up to make sure I am ok.

What stood out to me is she takes the time to listen to you and she find the right treatment plan for you, she's not just in it for the money she actually cares about her patients, whenever I call she respond,she makes you fell safe I wouldn't trade her she's the best!

Dr. Pai was extremely helpful in diagnosing a disc issue about seven years ago. That is when I chose to have her as my primary care physician. Listens to concerns and always helps me find solutions without relying on heavy pharmaceutical. Caring and engaged. I have recommended her to friends.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Dr. Pai a 12 hands down! She has been my Physician since Nov of 2016 after being the one to CORRECTLY diagnose me with Wegener's granulomatosis - a very tricky disease to manage. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about general medicine and also variety of other autoimmune diseases, Dr. Pai is above all else very kind, compassionate and consistent in her patient’s care. She is very hands on, down to scheduling her own appointments and will even call you back on weekends or long after her office has closed. She is a terrific women with dedication who really cares! I HIGHLY recommend her if you're looking for a stellar Physician in New Lenox..

To echo out a 5-star reviews, Dr. Pai and her staff have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Despite having a busy practice, I’m almost always able to schedule an appointment, within a few days of my calling and receive a response to my email or phone questions often the same day. I’ve consulted many MDs in my life, and it’s rare I’ve found one as knowledgeable, accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Pai.

It was indeed a pleasure to meet such a wonderful person as Dr.Aparna Pai. She spends enough time with the patients and make sure they get the best out of it. Her diagnosis with clinical impression is perfect with minimal need of unnecessary investigations. Her treatment is suffice and very reliable. She is one among the finest Physicians I have met. Also the staffs at Claudia are dedicated & excellent. Highly recommended!

Dr. Pai listened to my problems with extreme interest and goes through my treatment program in extensive and basic level detail on every clinic visit. I feel blessed to have Dr. Pai as my primary care physician and would recommend her for any one else out there looking for a good, caring and thoughtful PCP.

Not good. Don't spend time with patients. Schedule a lot appointments at the same time and than rush the visit. Not good at diagnosis. Very disappointed
