Dr. Aparna Sridhar, MD

My regular doctor was unavailable so I was assigned to see Dr. Sridhar. Initially, she appeared friendly, but as the appointment progressed, I began to perceive her as somewhat condescending. While she didn't rush me and encouraged questions, I felt dismissed or corrected whenever I sought clarification, leaving me puzzled about the purpose of encouraging inquiries. I can absolutely accept being corrected but I suppose it was the manner in which it was done. The appointment left me feeling unsettled afterward, and I'm relieved that I won't need to consult with her again. I'm sharing this review because if you value having an active dialogue with your healthcare provider, it's important to understand what you might encounter with this particular doctor.

Dr. Sridhar is an excellent doctor. She's knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manor. She performed my D&C and was so caring and supportive; it really made all the difference in the world. I cannot recommend her enough, she really cares about her patients and she is SO smart. She's an excellent doctor.

I LOVE DR SRIDHAR !!!! She’s such amazing doctor especially since I’m a first time mom she made my experience amazing and allowed me to be heard with all my questions. She’s such a caring doctor even with the pandemic starting she made sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel alone in appointments when my partner wasn’t allowed to come in , I truly would love to come back for future appointments she’s such a positive and reassuring doctor and very accommodating

Dr. Sridhar is an amazing doctor who is thorough, attentive, and compassionate. She has the most pleasant and endearing disposition and really takes her time with you at each appointment to provide the knowledge needed to make an educated decision and determine the best course of action for your birth plan, etc. She delivered my first baby in July 2021 and I knew from the initial visit that we would be in good hands as our well-being and safety were her greatest priorities. She has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Sridhar is everything you could hope for in an OBGYN. I have been her patient for three years, and been thrilled with the care she provides, the time she spends addressing my questions (and further researching things, if needed), her referrals, and her philosophies/approach to medicine. Whether seeing her for annual wellness exams, a specific concern, prenatal care or labor/delivery, she combines a brilliant medical mind with compassion and support, exactly the type of doctor we all hope to find in this world.

Dr. Sridhar has the BEST bedside manners I have seen in my last 10 years of seeing gynecologists. She introduced herself to me, briefly mentioned where she was trained and what she specializes in and also made me feel at ease at once.
