can't book a return 6 month appt for 9 months and can't get them to call with the results of a biopsy that needs treatment with repeated calls to them. Also after reading the visit summary most of it wasn't true. I think they just have a standard form they use on everyone and they certainly don't listen.

I was referred here due to a chronic condition. It was clear from the beginning that the office was only interested in looking for possible skin cancers that couldbe removed and my insurance billed. I had not come in for a skin check and procedure. The first thing the nurse wrote on the chart was patient wants no procedures today. The doctor came in and I described condition and the treatments I’ve gone through before and what He promptly announced that he had nothing to offer me and suggested I go to another type of specialist, even though the last specialist to treat a condition was a dermatologist. Unless you’re interested in going in for a skin check and to have “potential“ skin cancer removed, this practitioner does not appear uninterested.

Absolutely great Dr. Thorough, great bedside manner, wonderful sense of humor. Would recommend him with highest marks. Listens and is very sensitive to your concerns

Dr Arash Koochek is very abrupt, rude and rushes through your exam. The very first thing I was asked to do was to take off all of my clothes and put on a gown??? His assistant Fatima never left the room to give me privacy. I decided not to get naked. She said he insists on a full body scan for all new patients.??? He is very loud and in your face. Kept wanting to shake my hand....I was there for a rash on my face. I was quite shocked by his his behavior and attitude. I suffer from exteme anxiety and panic attacks. I told him he set off my anxiety . He asked me why....I told him he was very loud, and not listening to my needs. (rash on my face) and invading my personal space....being right in my face! I was not interested in in a full body exam. I am almost 73 yrs old and have never been asked to disrobe for dermatologist exam on my face...OMG! Then he finally gave me a diagnosis .... Rosacia ! He said he would call in s scrip for me. He did, I went to pick it up and it was $289.00??

I went to Dr. Arash Koochek because I had adult acne that would not go away. When I first met him, he was so kind and made me feel at ease. He suggested a cream instead of the gel I was using and increased my antibiotics. Within 1 week my face cleared up and for the last 3 months I have had a clear complexion. I have never had my face clear from pimples or acne in my whole life. Every day I wake up happy with a clear face and thank Dr. Koochek for helping me and caring enough to want to help me. His bedside manners are excellent and I recommend him to anyone.

After a recent surgery I broke out with a horrible rash/itching. Tried several creams & another MD’s RX-made it worse. He made an accurate latex tape allergy diagnosis and an RX was ordered.. At a follow-up appmt 8 days later the rash and itching were completey gone & I called him the Miracle Doctor. He has a wonderful, soft demeanor which makes you know he is listening and cares. I will give him a 10 in my assemblage of Docs as he is on time, accurate with diagnosis and approachable

Dr. Koochek. When he walked in the door, he immediately made me feel comfortable. He was talking while he was checking me. As he removed a couple of spots he just kept talking. So kind, compassionate and reassuring. Thorough and informative. Takes the time to teach you about things to do, watch for, reasons to call. Takes a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a patient.

Dr. Koochek is awesome!! On my first visit he looked at my arms and said we are going to biopsy your arms today and sure enough, I had melanoma in one and squeamous cell carcinoma in the other. My surgery was successful. He is an excellent doctor. I have complete trust in him and his staff, especially his nurse Kaitlyn. I am so happy that we have such an excellent dermatologist here at Little Company of Mary and I am recommending him to my family and friends
