Dr Milani would not complete the Death Certificate for my Mother despite efforts from Affordable Cremations. I personally called the office multiple times and was told that it was completed and sent to the mortuary. After waiting 34 days and in process of becoming homeless, I had to call The California Medical Board. Needless to say it was done that day. LEGALLY, a doctor has 15 days to complete the Death Certificate.

LOST HIS WAY
Dr. Milani was a Saint - in the beginning. But over the years, he has gotten more and more rushed! Wait times are horrible but I've always been patient. Then, in the last year or so, he's pawned me off to his underlings, or to medical students. The last visit he spent maybe 2 minutes with me after I had spent 30 or so minutes with a student! He just doesn't seem to care any more.

My experience with this doctor was not very good. I went with my elderly parents so he could tell me why my step mom was taking 5 different high blood pressure medications. I took all her medications and wanted to know what they were for, and 3 minutes he looked and never talking straight to me, just told this is for this and yes 5 different meds for high blood pressure. Never gave us an answer. And walked out the door. He didn't seem to care at all.

Worse Doctors office I've ever been to. Office manager runs everything and if your not kissing her back side and doing thing the way she wants, YOU WONT SEE THIS DOCTOR. She treats her staff like dogs and expects them to tend to her every need in and out of the office. Staff is always so uptight and unfriendly due to office manager. I recommend you look future for a doctor who cares more about his patients then his office manager.
