Too crowded!
Too-small waiting room is packed tighter than a football stadium. Patients come to see too many doctors and also to have blood draws in the same office. Why are you trying to make so much money?

I've been going to Dr Tiandaz for almost 20 years. He and his staff are the BEST and tho i have moved, i still drive 1 1/2 hrs to see him., you won't be disappointed. You won't find a better doctor in the state of Texas ! Now i can make a appointment through zoom which makes it easy to continue with my appointments. Thank you so much Dr. Tirandaz !!!!! I did see another dr. A few days ago (Dr. KAVAND ) , she was so understanding and easy to talk too. I just can't thank her enough for taking the time out to talk to help me..... she's also in this office. I felt so better the next day. Still taking it easy, but much better !!!??

I drive 30+ miles to see Dr. Tirandaz
I started seeing Dr. Tirandaz in 2002 based on a co-worker referral. I lived in Frisco at the time but moved to Colleyville in 2006. I still drive to Plano for my wellness and sick visits because I have so much trust in him and his team. He is thorough, compassionate and genuine.

Inefficient staff and billing department difficult to deal with. The billing department simply misrepresented a claim submitted and reimbursement received over the phone, even when I have statements from their own office and insurance. Refused to cooperate and fix a billing mistake or work with their behind the scene vendor they engage. The staff made me wait for 1.5-2.0 hrs. in the patient room after a visit, because of miscommunication between doc and nurse, when inquired I was simply asked to wait! Staff realized the error when the office was closing! They had me draw blood again because they messed up in the first appointment - a first for me. I personally found the Dr Tirandaz to be very dry on his communication.

Dr. Tirandaz is the best in so many ways. He addresses each symptom and condition you have, and makes sure you have the best referrals available, or brilliantly handles the issue himself. There are many fine doctors in this area, but there none that compare to the care you get from Dr. Tirandaz.

Dr. Tirandaz has been my physician for over 20 years and I have referred numerous family and friends to his practice. Dr. Tirandaz always spends a sufficient amount of time with me and the people that I have recommended to him. He takes the time to know your needs and answer all questions. He is very through in his explanations and talks in a language that I can understand.

Used Tirandaz as my PCP for many years. Wound up without health insurance and negotiated a fee for an office visit as I was sick with a cold. I paid the negotiated amount plus $40 for the labs at checkout. and then received a bill from them for $289 of lab charges that would have been an insurance allowable of $29 for the codes they ran. They refused to honor their agreement and passed on the $289 amount to a creditor which is now 5 years later still on my credit report. He is dishonorable.
