Dr. Ardith Courtney, DO

Horrible experience. She abruptly exited her practice and left Hundreds of Multiple Sclerosis Patients in limbo with NO patient transition plan. Many reasons were given over the weeks / months since her departure as to why she left – sabbatical, retirement, illness, etc. The only facts available are know is that she left immediately (2 weeks) after her house in Laguna Beach CA sold. Bottom Line - She truly negatively impacted the Multiple Sclerosis Community in the Irvine California area. Left Hundreds of patients high and dry Do NOT Trust. Stay away, NO RUN away.

She had reviewed my MRIs and knew where I was in my MS journey. Extensive appointment and testing. My wife liked her too.

Dismissed my symptoms and acted very rude at the end of our discussion

My experience with Dr. Courtney was very negative. She asked me no questions about how my ms and symptoms are. She hadn't read my neuropsychology test results in three and a half months. I told her results were dementia due to parkinsons complicated by ms. She offered no tests to find out which dementia I have so I can get on medication for it. Then said I'll see you in one year. I was shocked by her lack of care and concern

I loved Dr Courtney, she always spent quality time with me and was very genuine in her interactions. Her sense of humor was a big plus as well. Although I only saw her 2 or 3 times a year, she was always up to date on how I had been doing. I can't say enough about how awesome I think she is. I was devastated when she left Dallas.
