the Worst
I had an appointment with this specialist. I arrived 15 minutes early before the appointment at 9:00 AM. After 9:00 AM I waited for 43 minutes plus the 15 minutes, the staff couldn't tell me why He was late or when he would see me, even though he lives right upstairs, the lack of professionalism and courtesy to the patients not even the staff in that office shows no sympathy or concern for the patients. I can say that office is the worst place I have ever been to.

Although he's a psychiatrist, he's not good with people. He's extremely rude, antisocial, and impatient - not good traits to have as a medical (or any) professional.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Dr H is knowledgeable but all of that is completely useless when he refuses to answer your question when you do not understand a term he uses. He's nasty in that respect. I asked him to explain my back pain further after he went over the MRI. He said, I told you already. I said I am learning disabled please elaborate. His impatience was such that he verbally bit back at me. The next appt to him was where I came for another evaluation for my car accident back pain. I waited 2 months for the appointment. It was confirmed 2 days earlier. When I got there, the man in the front told me that I needed to come back the following week as they were running late. I couldn't come back as I was having a knee replacement and then going into rehab for it. I needed him to check me out before the appointment. They said come back the next week only. I waited 2 months for this appt and this useless doctor would not see me. I went to another neurodoc who promptly took good care of me

He is the absolute worst MD I've ever been too hes rude, disrespectful, condescending, and callous to say the least. This man jammed my back with a needle and as a reflex my body straighted out while I'm still in pain trying to get over what he had done he then shoved my head down nearly elbowing my head my face was nearly touching my knees all while yelling at me this dr is truly a disgusting individual. I will be reporting him.

Please, do not let Dr. Hausknecht to full you. Dr. Hausknecht does not care about you. I got into a car accident and I am very dizzy. Dr. Hausknecht made me feel like I am making all this. I fell before and never fell before. he said it was due to anxiety and depression. I feel this dizziness when I am very relaxed. Dr. Hausknecht does not even made eye contact with you.

Dr. Aric Hausknecht has a very cold persona, it’s like he doesn’t see you has a human being. No soul in him eyes, he’s very cold harded. He preformed an EMG test on me withOUT medical gloves, he opened the needle package and began to stick me with the needle into my legs, arms and behind my neck. I was bleeding, Dr. Aric Hausknecht had my bleed all over his hands, he just smeared it onto his hands I was in total shock... Wondering does he treat every pt. this bad & without medical gloves. Crazy!

It was hard for me to find a good doctor to take care of my workers comp injuries. Dr Haus is a good doctor and he is doing a rally good job. The office is very busy but this is the place you want to be if you have been injured on the job.

Cold, callous, despondent, short, impatient, strange and non-effective. He treats you like a number and not a patient. Do not go to him. Told me I was making a big mistake by not taking his direction to seek injections.

2 DAYS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT (which I made about a month prior), I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MAN NAMED JEFFREY. Jeffrey asked if I have recently had an EMG test - I said yes, as I had to switch doctors due to a switch in insurance companies. Suddenly, JEFFREY TELLS ME THE DOCTOR WON'T SEE ME. I made this appointment a month ago, was asked the same question when I made the appointment, and was PREVIOUSLY TOLD I COULD BE SEEN BY DR. H. Why would you wait 2 days before an appointment to cancel?

I had an appointment 6 weeks in advance. It was reconfirmed twice. When I arrived on time at 4:30 PM I was told: "He is running late. I can put you in a week from today at 4:00". NO, "I'm sorry", " NO, we tried to call you, NO, "we had an emergency", NO, "Can you make it next week?" I did not want to come back in a week. I said I would leave and come back later. When I came back an hour later my wait was going to be at least another 2 hours. Overbooking is so disrespectful of people's time.
