Office Staff Dysfunctional
My meeting with Dr. DLR went well but I switched to a different Cardio Practice because of his office staff. Dr. DLR asked me to wear a heart monitor and at 8am the very next morning I received a call from his office saying that during the evening there were some very low readings and when she shows the doctor he will probably want me to go to the hospital immediately. For the next eight hours I heard nothing from the doctors office and, so, I went to the office where I was told that, “they had a very busy day and could not get back to me.” When I asked for the second day’s heart monitor readings a day or two later they refused to give them to me until the doctor reviewed them. I was told that the doctor called me that morning but there were no recent calls from his office. At that point, I made an appointment with a different practice where the doctor and his office staff have been fantastic.

Dr, de la Rosa, on 2.25, 2020, did an angioplasty on me. He was excellent. There was not one drop of blood anywhere when I took off the bandage placed over the entry point on my groin to go to my heart. There was no bruising or any problem anywhere. You could hardly even tell he had punctured the skin. He's excellent. He goes about his work & gets it done quietly & superbly. Very good instructions when you finish too. I would highly recommend him. He's had excellent training & experience. % stars plus !!!
