Possibly Good Doctor - Terrible Office
My first appt and impression of Dr. Qazi was that he was thorough and compassionate. I felt he had a general concern about getting to the bottom of my issues. Unfortunately, since the first visit I have not had an opportunity to have any further encounters with him. All of my test result appts are with his nurse practitioner, who also seems to be thorough when I am not denied from attending my scheduled visit. Let me explain…If your outstanding balance gets too high, they require you to pay it before your scheduled visit and it could be 15 minutes prior to your appt that you find out about a $1,400 balance. Upon asking what it’s for, nobody can explain or provide info at the office because you have to talk to outsourced billing. Then you have to know enough about how to read the EOB’s to explain to them how they aren’t charging you accurately, countless hours of calls with billing and insurance, to get the balance corrected or removed and be allowed to have your appt. Not worth it.

Rude, brusque, demeaning.
I am still having PTSD (only somewhat of an exaggeration) 5 years after my medical visit from him while I was in the hospital. He was extremely rude and demeaning when I asked some questions. I would give him a zero if I could. At the time I had notified multiple staff on duty, and a hospital administrator. Only the administrator showed any kind of empathy.

Wonderful doctor
Dr. Qazi is not only professional but also very compassionate with a nice way about him. My husband and I are very happy that he is our doctor. We feel safe and confident in all of Dr. Qazi's decisions. I have worked in the health care field and if you are having issues, he is the doctor to see. Highly recommended.

Excellent GI doctor
Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Qazi. Both my husband and myself have seen him for different gastrointestinal issues. He is extremely patient. He listens well and he answers all your questions, he spends as much time as you need. He is really knowledgeable about some of the rare conditions that impact your G.I. system. He explains things better than most doctors I’ve seen in any field. You can tell that he cares about his patients. Unfortunately, sometimes the wait is long, so I recommend getting an early appointment if you can. But he is worth it.

AMAZING DOCTORS AND STAFF
Definitely worth the wait. Dr. Qazi was very patient and not rushed. He took the information I brought in from my doctors to prevent reordering tests. His staff from front office to back office was very informative and great.

Very high quality Dr. You want your hand held: not the man. You want expert medical guidance and treatment: seek him out. And yes, it can take an effort to get your first appt with him. He is well known in the medical community for his expertise, despite the comments here regarding style, and is in high demand.

My primary had requested a STAT appointment for me. The nurse called on Thursday and they squeezed me in for the following Monday. I had to fill out the usual new patient paperwork which was a little cumbersome; I thought they would've emailed it to me beforehand. That's ok though. The 4 girls that were in the office were very nice. Dr. Qazi came in and was very nice. Answered any questions that I had. It was a short visit but we got what we needed to get done accomplished. I don't see why so many people give the office bad reviews - my experience with my visit was a pleasant one. With my experience, I would recommend him.

I was the third patient he saw within 30 minutes. He didn't even look up at me, just typed on computer and checked his texts. Said he would set up endoscopy, and he was out of the room. While I realize acid reflux may be normal for people, I still wanted information as to what I needed to do to help it's affects, as well as understanding as to why I was having it. He just rushed me out the door. I have had bad doctors before, but he had the absolute bedside manner I have ever received.

Extreme long wait to see dr. with appointments. Office staff is rude. They said my procedure was approved by insurance and it was not so I had to pay out of pocket. Some of their billing was incorrect and I was billed for services twice. Impossible to get them to admit or look at they're billing errors. I had to take my concerns to the insurance commissioner to get the office to listen. was diagnosed with the condition repeatedly and this doctor says none of that existed. Do I believe it now?

If the staff are a representative of the provider, stay away. Unprofessional, rude, yelling at you, three different answers for the same question, untrustworthy. STAY AWAY

I came this morning for my follow-up. The computers were down and no one came out of the exam rooms or went in. After waiting for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I asked how far behind he was and the receptionist said she didn't know because she 'couldn't see'. Any one with half a brain could see that they were behind and I did not appreciate her flippant answer. All she had to do was announce to the VERY full waiting room that they were behind because of a computer problem.

I had been to 5 different doctors who all were scratching their heads...not knowing exactly what to do for me.. and in addition, they were all worried that if they did help me they may be pulled into some future lawsuit... I finally went to see Dr. Qazi... He was the kindest... caring physician I have ever come accross. He vowed to help see me thru. That alone.... was worth its weight in gold. Such a good man. Thank God for doctors who love wha they do and do it well.
