I highly recommend dr. Arik Zaider
I am so grateful to Dr. Zaider who saw me in a kind of emergency situation. It was my first visit. Dr. Zaider was very kind, so patient to listen to my concerns, took time to carefully evaluate my symptoms and to get through the long list of my previous medical tests related to my condition. He is a genuinely caring doctor. He obtained for me a timely appointment to dermatology, as it was deemed necessary by my condition.I highly recommend dr. Arik Zaider.Thank you so much

Highly Recommend Dr Zaider
Dr Zaider is a wonderful Rheumatologist that I was referred to by my Surgeon. Dr Zaider is knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly. He is quite thorough leaving no stones unturned. He is responsive, asks many questions, listens carefully without rushing you, & answers all your questions in understandable terms. I know I am in great hands with Dr Zaider as he is bound and determined to find the correct diagnosis and potential treatment for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Zaider.

Knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive
In my first visit to Dr. Zaider, I found him attentive and kind. He answered all my questions regarding what current treatments exist for my condition, including possible side effects. He discussed my options candidly, and responded positively when I described my efforts to treat my symptoms holistically. In other words, he seemed to be up on the research and understood my diagnosis, but was open to natural treatment of symptoms. He didn't seem to be merely pushing drugs. This inspired confidence. He is also highly regarded by his peers, having been recommended to me by several others in the medical profession. One caveat, there is a long wait to see him especially for new patients. However, his office keeps a cancellation list..it didn't work out for me, but not every doctor does that in this area.

I brought my mom here hoping for good care Her RA meds gave her side effects and were not helping her. When I asked about other medications that I saw were advertised he had no info on them and could not answer any questions about the newer available treatments. He kept her on the same meds and offered no new options and at one point wanted to put her back on meds that made her very sick in the past claiming that was the gold standard. I removed her from his care and took her to another doctor which was recommended by her pulmonary Dr. This new dr gave me a list of options of new treatments and lots of info. She removed the meds that made her sick and replaced them with meds that really improved her quality of life.

I have used Dr. Zaider for a few years and the Prospect Medical Office for many years. I would recommend Dr. Zaider to others, except the office staff always cops a put-upon attitude. Staff follow-up on important matters is subpar. I showed up for an appointment and the doctor was apparently away on vacation. I provided another doctor's instructions to staff that were never relayed to Dr. Zaider. I was promised a callback that never came.... The list is long.
