Absolutely the Best
Dr smalley is a highly regarded pain specialist and treats more than just giving pain meds. He is very methodical in assessing the best plan for both or either pain medications, or procedures that actually work. I have had different pain doctors just want to shoot short lived shots that have no chance of helping just to be able to bill you!Dr Smalley will give you the patient all the pertinent information to consider and lets you decide which one 'you' think would work for you!If you have chronic pain and have been to many pain 'specialist'GIve Dr Smalley a visit! You will not be disappointed!!I feel very lucky to have found Dr Smalley and look forward to him quidding me to live with as little pain as possible!Give him a chance and you will never look back!

Pain
Dr Smalley is by far the best pain specialist I have ever had. It's rare these days to find a Dr. in this field that has compassion and knowledge Dr Smalley has both in abundance. It is my sincere hope he will be my doctor for as long as I need treatment.

I had they the Ablation (RFA) on 6 nerves in my back . I was expecting to be in pain the next day . So far I’m doing great. I must have been in so much pain before the procedure that now I’m not hurting.
