Dr. Arjang Raoufinia, DDS

The doctor himself is good and did a good job, but Jami, the assistant (admin) person is rude and very unprofessional. I called for dental cleaning appointment, she refused to make an appointment for me, unless I provide my insurance information right then. 2 month a bill from the office for 395. Because apparently they don't work with any insurance. and she refused to mention that. I said that my insurance covers 3 free dental cleanings, to which she responded I'm not sure where you live, but nothing comes for free. So unprofessional. I asked if I could speak to the doctor himself, because she doesn't understand my concern. To which she responded, the doctor wouldn't talk to you, because I do all this stuff. She said if you want you can book a consultation appointment with the doctor, but that's going to be another 300. Then she said that I have to pay the 395 bill by end of the month, or else it will go to collections. She was rude, and refused to work with me on a solution.

Dr. Raoufinia and his staff are very attentive and friendly. He is great and I love going to him! There is never a wait the office is clean and highly recommend him!
