This man is a genius. he completely changed my life after a 10 hour operation inserting 10 screws and two titanium bars inside my spine. Two years after his operation, it says if my horrible back pain and never happened. My life was completely changed that day, and this man in my mind Performed a miracle.

Successful lumbar decompression and fusion
I suffered with constant pain on my right side groin and quad beginning January, 2023. I visited with 3 surgeons and they all recommended L3-S1 decompression and fusion surgery. I selected Dr Sebastian to perform the surgery based on the Mayo Clinic Spine Center reputation. Dr Sebastian performed L3-S1 decompression and fusion surgery Jun, 2024. Six weeks post surgery, I am relatively pain free and x-rays show the fusion hardware is in place and secure and healing on track. I am optimistic that I will make a full recovery.

Dr Sebastian told me that because I have numbness and no pain he couldn’t help and said pretty much no one could - told me my injury and symptoms couldn’t have been caused from last surgery from nerve injury that had shown up on latest emg so he made me feel like I was making it up - made me wait over an hour after my set appointment not to mention two days of wasting time taking tests that had nothing to do with my issue - even after finally talking to a nurse which was very hard to get a hold of she told me to go through the bogus tests and Dr would then send me to correct doctor so that was funny because he said no doctor could help even one he would refer me to would help me - extremely upsetting - DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR if you have numbness with no pain. - worst experience all the way around.

This DR destroyed my mom’s life!! Couldn’t walk after he did a spinal fusion! Stay far away from this Dr.

Had an exceptionally fine visit with Dr. Sebastian. We were dealing with sever trama to the cervical spine. I haad consulted with other orthopedic surgeons but Dr. Sebastian provided significant detail of the problem, discussed other methods that had been suggested and why his approach would provide the best long term outcome. I found him knowledgeable, and spent what time was necessary answer my questions to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.
