great dr! me and my husband are very satisfied and happy with the care provided by dr francisco to our son. office staffs are friendly and accomodating too. very easy to follow up on appointments. not a long wait time. they respect appointment times. well recommended????

Dr. Francisco-Hugh is an average doctor at best. Her office is old, outdated, and dirty. The building interior smells like terrible chemicals and to top it off, she charges for every little thing which leaves a bad taste in your mouth. In my entire life, I've never been to a doctor's office with so many unexpected copay charges during a normal well baby or child visit, for something that literally took 3 seconds to "diagnose." They charge you $10 for a vaccine card if you happen to lose it, charge you $3 for every single credit card transaction no matter the amount. Unheard of in the 21st century. They're still running their old office like it's the 1980s. Her front office staff/nurses are not the brightest either. Every time I've taken my baby for a checkup, Dr. Francisco-Hugh has had to remeasure her height and weight due to her nurses' inaccurate measuring and incompetence. If you want to spend over an hour for a regular doctor's appointment and get charged for everything, go here.

Dr. francisco goes above and beyond for every question we ask. making us all feel good knowing we have such a great person caring for our child. Thank you so much to everyone there.

I’ve taken my kids here for 8 years. I’ve been charged co pays for asking a question during a physical. I was just charged a co pay for a nurse to check my son’s arm (tb results) in their hallway for 15 seconds. LITERALLY 15 SECONDS!!!!! And after I paid 10$ for a physical form to be filled out. I used to recommend her to everyone and everyone ended up going elsewhere after going here. Now I will be doing the same. Fed up! I should have taken my form and left!!!!! I’m livid!!!

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, she is a greedy doctor that looks for any reason to charge you more money. DR. charges $10 for any form. A physical is 3 pages and that is $10 per form. I even had to pay $10 to get a dr. note so my child could go back to school. I had to pay a co pay to get test results even though it wasn't an office visit just results. I have been left, forgotten in the room waiting for my child shots as the office was closing.
