From the moment he came in to the room, I felt he was being grumpy . Every time I ask question, he treated me like some one dumb and he was being snobby whole the time. He has no empathy at all for his patients. Besides, I went there for a severe bug bite reaction. At the time of my visit, he was like don't come here just for big bite .He advised me to put just calmine lotion on the bites, and gave me antihistamine, which made it even worse and next day, the bites turned to blister. I had to visit urgent care again next day, with a different Dr and she made everything right. Please avoid him at all cost. You will waste your money and time.

Dr. Wu explained my lab work to me in a way that had never been explained to me before. I'm a worrier. I didn't tell him that, tho. I went to the office so I could speak to a doctor about my lab work after Google told me all the worst things. He went through each out-of-range item on my report line-by-line. He wrote everything down on a piece of paper, then explained each one to me, crossed out the things I shouldn't worry about, and instructed me on how I could improve the other numbers. I left the office feeling confident I had control of my health.

From the very beginning of the appointment I felt uncomfortable and rushed. Dr. Wu barely listened to my issues before shrugging off the discomfort I was experiencing and ending the appointment abruptly. I do not doubt his knowledge of medicine but that alone does not make one a good doctor. Patience and empathy does, which Dr. Wu sorely lacks.
